School based Junior Neighbourhood Support (JNS) is a programme that has been set up by Auckland Neighbourhood Support to help young children become part of a safer and more inclusive youth community using a super hero character “Captain Community”
In Auckland, Captain Community heads the “Team Community” programme which is run out of schools by teachers and involves the participants completing a series of missions in their homes, schools and communities.

Each Neighbourhood Support group has its own community constable as a point of contact. If you need to talk to the police, we can help.
